OK, who else thinks Lillith gets a bad rap? Most say that Lillith represents power plays and problems with power. Perhaps it is more about holding your personal power and allowing yourself to feel that and be ok with it?

Lilith, yeah that's a tricky one. In my upcoming book I write quite a bit about Lilith. Lilith does rule the dark stuff for the most part such as the dark side of feminine power, and can rule emotions like envy, vindictive ways and such. But if aspected well, like any other planet, some benefits can be found through Lilith's influence. Like for instance, if say you have Lilith in Cancer trining Moon in Virgo (hypothetical)... it can actually bring out the protective mother who would do ANYTHING to make sure her children are safe and in great health. It depends on the house placements of course, but it also can indicate doing what you can to take care of your health and well being in general too. I also want to mention that I have Lilith in Pisces in the 3rd (which has been tough emotionally for me.. been dealing with depression for "mysterious" reasons) but it sextiles my Taurus Mars in my 5th. I am an incredibly creative OCCULT writer... my work may be a bit twisted but once it's on paper, I feel better.. hard to explain.

That makes sense MsMir,
I like to think of Lillith as our inner warrior woman.

Amen to that! And because I was tired last night when I wrote that, I meant Cancer Lilith SEXTILING Virgo Moon hahaha... no such thing as a trine there, but same kind of result

Good morning! I'm not familiar with Lillith in astrology, but I can understand her warrior woman side. Lilleth is considered the matriarch of the faeries. Since faeries are nature's Angels, here to keep watch and help us maintain our balance with Earth, then Lillith would have to be a warrior. As head Nature Angel, she is considered to be especially protective of animals, and I always implore her help when I have a problem with any of the animals that inhabit my beautiful little corner of the world. Warrior; yes! Bad; never!

I've always equated Lillith with Xena the Warrior Princess! :-D Strong, mighty, dominate and not easy to push around and if you try? Watch out! I think she gets a bad wrap for being all the things that everyone expects a strong male to be. Pure male politics if you ask me. I don't see her as good or bad, more of a neutral with dark tendencies.

Kay, I agree with you 100%. It is similar to how women who are strong ans assertive are thought to be b*tches.
We need our inner warrior woman just to get through the day sometimes.
