When we think about Energy and what we have been taught, it is easy to see why people have such a hard time understanding what we are referring to.
Most think of the electrical lines running through our towns and cities as the energy that powers everything.
This is not the energy we are speaking of. The energies that run through every living thing in and around us, is the Vibration, Frequency in which we teach about.
Within each of us is our Energy System that connects us to the spirit world and to each other.
It is the unseen force we asking you to believe in, for some seeing is believing, for others believing is seeing.
Some feel the energies, while others see the energies called Auras. Some do both, feel and see the frequencies.
Auras are the field of energy that emits from us. These auras are seen in colors. White, Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red are the colors of the chakras, our center point within.
heres an exercise you can all try...
To feel the energy within, take your hands and rub them slightly together, now pull them apart about half an inch, feel the heat? That's your energy!
To see the energy around you, pick a tree or a favorite plant, now connect with the plant or tree by sitting in front of it and looking slightly out of focus, see the energy emitting from the tree or plant? You can try this on people also.
That's an Aura!
