Yep.. HOW TO MEDITATE class!
Why do we meditate?
To release pent up tension and stress gradually so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
To find hidden truths in some of our memories ( or lack of ) that seem to be holding you back in life.
What will I cover in this class?
How to deal with lapses in your practice and how to easily get right back on track.
Most people fail because they try too hard to succeed
Why too many annoying thoughts are actually POSITIVE and beneficial to you.
How to breathe properly during meditation.
How to flood your body with your own natural happy drug! Melatonin!
How to STOP your self-critical and negative thoughts and re-build your self-esteem.
Why comparing your meditation results to anyone else is asking for trouble
Over-meditation – The secrets to knowing when you’ve had enough and when to step up your meditation practice.
Common myths about meditating……
You leave your body every time you meditate.
You should think of nothing when you meditate.
You need to chant OM or some other mantra to effectively meditate.
You need to meditate three or more times a day.
I'd like to make this affordable to everyone - so few people really know HOW to meditate. I will have videos and MP3 files to give to all my students as part of the class fee.
$20.00 per person - 1 class Sometime mid August.

Yeah me too! Maybe we could just make it a downloadable file. I have prerecorded the class and 2 meditations with it !
